With a global reach and a commitment to excellence, we bring together the brightest minds in the industry to deliver exceptional in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for the world’s leading organizations.
We’re looking for people who share that passion — people who value relationships, care deeply about the experience they create, take pride in their work, and know that the little details can make a big difference.
What you’ll do:
As a Pharmaceutical Meeting Manager, you’ll own the planning and execution of high-touch pharmaceutical meetings and events, from Investigator Meetings, Advisory Boards, and Speaker Trainings to other HCP-attended programs. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to your clients, managing each meeting from start to finish and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed, both virtually and on-site.
- Plan, manage, and execute live and virtual pharmaceutical meetings from start to finish.
- Travel to and work on-site at meetings, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and attendees
- Lead client-facing calls and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the meeting lifecycle
- Create, manage, and reconcile meeting budgets while achieving revenue and profit goals
- Manage proposals, timelines, deliverables, logistics, and overall meeting execution
- Manage client and attendee communications and needs
- Deliver a white-glove level of service to clients, HCPs, and meeting attendees
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues
- Advise clients on meeting best practices and provide subject matter expertise
- Coordinate with AMI’s Sourcing team on venues, vendors, contracts, and proposals
- Lead and manage AMI staff assigned to each meeting, ensuring team KPIs and service standards are met
- Direct initial invoicing and coordinate credit card payments with accounting
- Meet meeting and client KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve AMI systems and processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the client experience
- Follow all AMI policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a Pharmaceutical Meeting Manager who loves bringing experiences to life and making things happen. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy traveling and being on-site, and genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with clients and HCPs. You’re confident leading client calls, highly organized, and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and keep all the details moving forward. Most importantly, you take ownership, are resourceful, and have a natural talent for delivering thoughtful, white-glove service that makes clients feel truly taken care of.
You'll need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1 or more years of pharmaceutical meeting management experience
- 1 or more years managing meetings end to end, from initial planning through on-site execution and reconciliation
- Experience planning and executing meetings such as Investigator Meetings, Advisory Boards, or Speaker Trainings
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Even better if you have:
- Experience managing international HCP-attended meetings
What we offer:
More time for you: The work you do is more important than where you do it. AMI staff enjoys flexible work-from-home options which means more free time for you.
Health & Wellness: We offer premier medical, dental, and vision coverage packages as well as 401K, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, and FSA.
A team that has your back: Collaboration isn’t just something we talk about, it’s how we work. Our team is supportive, approachable, and always willing to jump in and help.
Our People: We’re passionate, creative, diverse, and fun! We love to support each other to create experiences that exceed expectations.

The product is live with some of the largest firms in the world. Now we're looking for someone who already knows this market, has real relationships in it, and wants to be the one who brings Sherpas to the next wave of firms.
This is a full-cycle role reporting directly to the Head of Sales. You'll identify the right firms, earn the first conversation, run the deal, and see it through to signature. There isn't an SDR team or inbound queue behind this role, so the pipeline is yours to build. If that kind of ownership is what you're looking for, we'd like to talk.
THE MARKET
We sell to enterprise wealth management firms managing hundreds of advisors and billions in AUM. These are sophisticated buyers in a regulated environment. They buy from people who understand the advisor's day, speak the language of compliance and CIOs, and can show a clear ROI in terms they care about. The sales cycle is long. The deals are meaningful. Success here comes from depth and credibility, not volume.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
· Your own pipeline. You'll build it largely yourself, drawing on knowing who the right firms are, who to talk to inside them, and how to reach the conversation that matters.
· The full deal, end to end. Discovery, demo, proof of concept, commercial negotiation, close. You manage the buying committee: advisor champion, ops lead, CIO, compliance, and keep all four moving together.
· The motion, not just the outcome. Every deal you run should make the next one faster. You document what works, sharpen the positioning, improve the proof points. You help shape the playbook, not just hit a number.
· Honest forecasting. We'd always rather have an accurate number than an optimistic one.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiable
· You know this market. You have sold enterprise software into RIAs, aggregators, broker-dealers or wealth management platforms. You bring a genuine relationship map and an understanding of how these firms make decisions.
· You create your own opportunities. You're energized by opening new relationships, whether through your network or a thoughtful cold approach, and you don't need a list handed to you to get started.
· You can hold the technical conversation. A CEO at a top firm will ask you how the AI actually works and what happens when it is wrong. You understand the product well enough to give a clear, credible answer.
· You close. Pipeline matters, but signed contracts are the goal. You're comfortable with a long cycle and know how to keep momentum without losing trust.
Strong plus
· You have been the first or second sales hire at a startup and built the motion, not just worked it.
· Direct relationships inside the top 100 wealth management advisory firms.
· Experience selling into firms that went through RIA aggregation; you understand how buying authority shifts in those environments.
THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF
· You need a full inbound funnel to hit your number.
· You prefer to support deals rather than own them start to finish.
· You'd rather be measured on activity than on outcomes.
· You are not genuinely curious about AI and what it does to the economics of financial advice.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE
· Qualified pipeline at firms we have no existing relationship with, within the first two quarters.
· At least two new enterprise logos closed that you sourced yourself.
· A documented sales motion that the next hire can inherit and improve.
COMPENSATION
Competitive base with meaningful uncapped variable tied directly to closed revenue. Roughly an even split. We share the full structure and mechanics in the first conversation, not at the offer stage.
HOW WE HIRE
- A first conversation: your view of the RIA market and where you think the real opportunity is.
- A working session: you walk us through how you would open a specific firm — your choice, your approach, your relationships.
- A conversation with our founders.

Presales Lead · Location: Remote — United States (East Coast preferred) or London / Netherlands
The Opportunity
This company recently beat around forty established transportation vendors to win one of the world's largest retailers, on the strength of an orchestration layer that sits atop any TMS or WMS and automates decisions a dispatcher would otherwise make by hand. It needs someone to lead presales globally: a newly created, quota-carrying role reporting into a co-founder and CPO, owning a presales team across North America, EMEA and APAC.
The Impact You Will Have
- Build and lead a global presales function of six to seven people, hiring further as scope grows.
- Own the technical thread through every enterprise deal, leading integration while sales colleagues run the commercial relationship.
- Shape how a genuinely differentiated product story lands with enterprise retail and logistics buyers.
- Act as primary technical contact across the business, operational and technical buyer.
What Success Looks Like
- Deep, genuine domain expertise in transport management or supply chain technology.
- A career that has moved from implementation or solutions delivery into a revenue-facing growth role.
- Comfortable owning and running a demo end-to-end, not just supporting one.
- Proven ability to lead technical integration documentation and architecture conversations.
What Is on Offer
- A newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly into a co-founder and CPO.
- A strong fixed base, a substantial uncapped variable, and a long-term incentive plan tied to performance.
- The chance to build presales from the ground up at a business that has out-sold forty vendors for one of the world's most recognisable retail accounts.
A rare chance to lead global presales at a company that has proven it can out-sell the market's largest incumbents. If ready, we'd like to hear from you.

Applied AI Fellow
Kadre Labs · Fall/Winter 2026 Fellowship · Remote (US) · Part-time · 3 or 6 months
THE SHORT VERSION
You are an MBA student or recent MBA with real depth in sales, marketing, revenue operations, or go-to-market. You have watched AI reshape your function from the outside and you want to be the person building it.
This fellowship puts you inside live client engagements. You will find the process that is costing a business money, design the AI agent that fixes it, build the prototype yourself, and stay with it until it produces measurable results. You get paid a monthly stipend while you do it, and you share in the revenue from what you build, including after your fellowship ends.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Every company is about to employ more AI than people, and almost nobody is set up to run it. Systems integrators organized themselves around platforms: a Salesforce practice, an SAP practice. AI agents do not configure platforms. They automate processes and drive outcomes, and processes live in the client's business.
So the scarce skill is not writing code. It is knowing how a revenue org actually works, where the friction is, and what \"better\" is worth on the income statement. If you have run demand gen, carried a number, owned a funnel, or fixed a broken handoff between marketing and sales, you already have the expertise. What you need is the agentic AI stack, and that part we teach you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Embed with a client team and map how a business process actually runs, including the parts nobody documented.
• Break that process into discrete jobs an agent can hold, and write the spec for each one. Agents do exactly what you said, so the work is saying it precisely.
• Identify where an agent creates measurable value, and defend the number to a CFO.
• Build the working prototype yourself, going from idea to demo in days. You will use AI coding assistants, rapid app builders, workflow automation platforms, and process mapping tools. You are not expected to arrive knowing them. Most of our team learned on the job, and getting hands-on is part of what this fellowship is for.
• Hand the validated prototype to our engineering team, who build the production version. You prove what the agent has to do and that it works. They make it production-grade, secure, and supportable. Nothing ships to production as a prototype.
• Set the trust boundary: what runs unsupervised, and where a human signs off. You draw that line by asking what an error costs, how far it spreads, and whether it can be undone.
• Judge the output. An agent can be fluent and wrong at the same time, and you will catch it, because you know what right looks like in this function.
• Run discovery, demos, and onboarding, and become the person the client calls.
• Track what the agent delivers against the client's P&L, tune it, and catch the failures that look fine on the surface.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
A monthly stipend. $2,000 per month for the length of your fellowship.
Variable compensation that outlasts the fellowship. Bonus eligibility plus performance-based revenue share. Agents you originate or oversee earn you a share of the revenue or profit they generate, and that share continues for a set duration after your fellowship ends. We put the terms in writing before you start.
A path to full-time. Fellows who deliver are our first call for full-time Forward Deployed Product Manager roles. The fellowship is how we hire.
The skill set the market is short on. Hiring for agent work has converged on a handful of capabilities: writing specifications precise enough for a machine, decomposing work into agent-sized jobs, evaluating output against a real standard, recognizing how agents fail, setting trust and escalation boundaries, and modeling what a deployment costs against what it returns. You will practice all of it on live client work, which is the only place it becomes real.
Real clients and real stakes. You will not be building demos for a drawer. Our clients are operating companies and private equity portfolio companies with real revenue on the line. We fund courses and certifications, and you will work directly with both founders.
FELLOWSHIP TERMS
• Length: 3 or 6 months. Tell us what fits your program and your schedule and we will work with it.
• Commitment: part-time and flexible around coursework. We care about the client outcome, not your hours.
• Location: remote, United States. Occasional client travel is possible.
• Cohort: a small number of spots.
• Work authorization: you must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the fellowship. We are not able to sponsor visas or support CPT/OPT arrangements at this stage.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• An MBA student, or a recent MBA.
• Real depth in sales, marketing, RevOps, or go-to-market. Manager level or above before business school is ideal. This is the background we most want to add right now.
• Judgment about quality in your own function. You know the edge cases, the exceptions, and the answer that is technically right and practically useless. That judgment is the scarce input in agent work and it does not come from a model.
• You write clearly enough to be taken literally. You can state a goal, its constraints, and its failure conditions without leaving room for interpretation.
• You learn tools quickly. We do not care whether you already know the ones we use today. We care that you will teach yourself a new one to get a client unstuck.
• You have been building with AI on your own time, whether or not anyone paid you to.
If you read that list and hesitated on one or two, apply anyway. We are hiring for judgment and drive. We would rather talk to you than have you screen yourself out.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply with your resume. No cover letter required.
A letter of recommendation is optional and welcome. If you have one from a professor, a manager, or a teammate who has seen you deliver something hard, include it.
We read every application and will get back to you either way.
