Healthcare Shares is seeking experienced radiologists to serve as Radiologist Advisors. This role is ideal for physicians with firsthand experience in diagnostic radiology, imaging workflows, interventional radiology, teleradiology, radiology operations, imaging AI, clinical decision support, medical devices, health systems, digital health, or healthcare innovation.
As a Radiologist Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insight to help Healthcare Shares evaluate, support, and grow healthcare startups within our venture capital fund, venture studio, and broader healthcare entrepreneurship ecosystem. Responsibilities
Research and Identify Opportunities
Research and identify prospective clients within the dispute resolution ecosystem, including mediation and arbitration firms, law firms, courts, government agencies, higher education institutions, and corporate HR departments. Leverage CRM data, industry research, LinkedIn, and outbound prospecting tools to uncover new opportunities and build qualified target account lists.
Outbound Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
Generate new business opportunities through a combination of email campaigns, phone outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking, and event follow-up. Consistently engage decision-makers and influencers to create qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Lead Qualification and Discovery

Event Support and Lead Follow-Up

Partner and Channel Development

CRM Management and Activity Tracking
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities, conversations, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and provide regular activity and pipeline reporting.
Sales and Marketing Alignment
Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to execute campaigns, follow up on inbound leads, provide market feedback, and improve messaging based on prospect interactions.
Meeting and Opportunity Creation
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly goals for meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, and pipeline contribution. Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when pursuing opportunities within large organizations and government entities.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, customer-facing roles, or related experience preferred.
- SaaS, LegalTech, professional services, or technology sales experience is a plus.
