Who We Are
Atlas is an AI-native ATS/CRM built for the recruitment industry. We're Seed-funded (c.£6M, led by Smedvig Ventures), with ~450 customers and scaling past $3M ARR in just 18 months of operating. We've grown almost entirely through inbound - strong LinkedIn, a content engine that ranks, and a genuine edge in AI search: when recruiters ask ChatGPT or Claude which ATS to buy, Atlas is the most visible brand in its category. We're AI-first in how we run, not just what we sell: lean team, heavy tooling, repeatable systems over headcount.
What You'll Be Doing
Our lead generation is entirely inbound. We're hiring Account Executive across multiple levels, from experienced Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. The level, responsibilities, and compensation will be calibrated based on your experience and track record.
You'll own larger inbound opportunities from the first conversation through to signature, before handing the customer over to Customer Success. This includes running product demos, building account maps, developing winning strategies, and partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
If you're unsure whether you fit the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive profile, we'd still encourage you to apply. We're more interested in exceptional sales talent than job titles.
Our sales philosophy
- We believe all sales admin should be automated and have deployed agentic AI throughout our stack
- We don't pursue aggressive sales strategies (our product is light years ahead of anything on the market)
- We don't believe in feature comparison - saying you have a feature doesn't mean that the feature is any good. We believe in outcomes. Why Atlas helps our clients bill more
Who you are
- 4–7 years ideally in quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales, with 3–10 years of total sales experience.
- Experience selling to recruitment/staffing agencies or HR/recruitment teams.
- Comfortable selling directly to founders, agency owners and senior decision-makers.
- Experience in a short-cycle SMB/mid-market sales environment.
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Strong understanding of your market and competitive landscape.
- Highly metrics-driven and able to clearly articulate your performance.
- Fluent in English.
Compensation
- Competitive, above-market compensation.
- Uncapped commission.
- Significant equity opportunity. The founder has donated half his equity in trust for the team. This will be the largest equity cheque you'll ever get outside founding your own company.
- Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling AI-native company at an early stage.
- A lean, high-performance environment with extensive use of AI and automation.
Location
- Fully remote role within the US.
Interview Approach
- Interview with the Chief of Staff (30 minutes)
- Interview with a Founder (45 minutes)
- Case study - sell what you're currently selling to us (1 hour)
- Final Short Interview with Head of Sales (30 minutes)
Atlas is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
