Client Overview: Our client is a leading global luxury brand.
Role Overview: This role will serve as a central coordination point across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Omni-Channel, Public Relations, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, status trackers, and key milestones from project initiation through completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively communicate issues and recommended solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for project-related communication across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Omni-Channel, PR, and other business partners.
- Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas and follow-ups, document action items, and ensure accountability for next steps.
- Support the intake and organization of creative and marketing briefs, ensuring projects are properly documented and aligned before execution begins.
- Track creative assets and campaign deliverables across email, web, digital, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate the review and approval process for creative assets, layouts, copy, and other materials, partnering with Marketing, Proofreading, Legal, and other required stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project folders, working files, trackers, and other shared resources to provide clear visibility into project status and deliverables.
- Help coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while responding effectively to changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project organization.
- Partner closely with creative teams, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creative contributors, to support smooth project execution.
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established project requirements.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative, retail, luxury, fashion, beauty, consumer, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
- Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented when managing competing demands or unexpected changes.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional creative partners, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows, creative review processes, and cross-functional approval cycles.
- Experience with project management and creative collaboration platforms such as Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Frame.io, or Acrobat is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, chatbots, and prompt-based workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
