Account Executive | High-Growth Fintech | $300k-$400k OTE

Virginia Beach

Salary:0.000000 - 0.000000

October 10th, 2026

Account Executive | High-Growth Fintech | $300k-$400k OTE | Manhattan, NYC

Are you a top-performing AE, or exceptional President’s Club SDR that is tired of bad management, capped upside, weak lead quality, & sales orgs that talk about meritocracy but don’t actually reward the top reps?

Join a sales-first VC-backed fintech remotely, based in NYC where top AEs have earned $500k+, but it’s still early enough for the next breakout rep to become a defining hire.

The company

This is a VC-backed NYC fintech, backed by top-tier investors & scaling through its next major stage of growth.

They operate in a large, underpenetrated fintech category serving SMB & mid-market businesses.

The product helps companies replace outdated financial processes, fragmented tools, manual admin, & legacy workflows with a more modern way to manage key business operations.

This is practical fintech, not a “nice to have” platform. The product is tied to real business value, which creates urgency in the sales process.

You do not need to have sold this exact product before. You do need to know how to sell a high-value business problem to founders, operators, finance leaders, executives, & commercial decision makers.

The opportunity

They’re ramping up to their next round & hiring proven new business AEs who want a front-row seat.

This is not a “wait for marketing leads & update Salesforce” AE role.

You’ll be joining a team where sales is the engine of the company. The product has real buyer demand, SDRs are booking qualified meetings, & top reps are getting into live cycles early.

No vague OTE games or moving goalposts. The expectations are clear, the upside is real, & top performers are paid properly when they execute.

You’ll have room to run. If you can create pipeline, run strong discovery, control deals, & close, you won’t be managed like a junior rep.

The role

  • You’ll own 100% new business across SMB & mid-market accounts.
  • You’ll run the full sales cycle from discovery through close, selling to founders, operators, finance leaders, & commercial decision makers.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating urgency, multi-threading properly, controlling deal momentum, building self-sourced pipeline, & closing new logos.
  • This is still early enough that a strong AE can shape the playbook, influence how the team sells, & become one of the standout commercial hires in the company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning 100% new business
  • Selling into SMB & mid-market accounts
  • Running discovery with founders, operators, finance leaders, & commercial buyers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first call to close
  • Creating urgency & controlling deal momentum
  • Multi-threading across accounts
  • Building self-sourced pipeline
  • Using outbound, events, referrals, partners, & creative routes into accounts
  • Working closely with leadership on messaging, process, & playbook
  • Closing new logos & materially contributing to revenue growth
  • Closing at world class level

What we’re looking for

  • President’s Club, AE of the Year, #1-#5 rep, top 10%, or similar
  • 150%-200%+ quota attainment strongly preferred
  • 120%+ quota attainment as a baseline
  • Consistent quota overachievement
  • Proven new business AE experience
  • Strong self-sourced pipeline experience
  • Clear evidence of closing new business, not just managing accounts
  • Strong discovery, follow-up, urgency creation, & deal control
  • Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders, operators, executives, or commercial buyers
  • Ability to sell autonomously

We’re also open to President’s Club SDRs that want to step up to AE. *

Strong backgrounds

Fintech, payments, spend management, travel/expense, procurement, payroll, HR tech, vertical SaaS, construction tech, healthcare SaaS, logistics, field service software, or high-velocity B2B SaaS.

We care less about the logo & more about the proof.

If you’ve been a ranked rep in a serious sales org, we want to speak.

This is likely not right if

  • You are inbound-only
  • You mainly farm existing accounts
  • You dislike outbound
  • You prefer a fully mature sales machine
  • You need heavy management or a very fixed playbook to perform
  • You can’t evidence quota performance
  • You prefer long, slow enterprise sales cycles
  • You want a lower-pressure role where steady performance is enough

Package

  • $300k-$400k OTE - already earning more? Show proof of performance. They’ll pay up for the right AE.
  • Uncapped commission - clear plan
  • Aggressive accelerators & performance bonuses
  • Meaningful equity ahead of the next round
  • Full benefits, medical coverage, office stipend
  • Fast process: 3 steps in 1 week

We’re prioritising AEs with clear quota overachievement, President’s Club / top-rank performance, or exceptional new business results.

Chief Revenue Officer

Virginia Beach

Salary:0.000000 - 0.000000

October 10th, 2026

Chief Revenue Officer | Enterprise AI

We are partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing AI technology company entering a major new phase of enterprise commercialization.

Having built a sophisticated AI platform spanning agentic systems, open models, intelligent routing and enterprise AI orchestration, the business is expanding its market beyond its initial vertical focus and building a broader enterprise GTM motion targeting CEOs, CIOs, CSOs and other technology leaders.

They are now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and lead that commercial expansion.

This is not a role for someone looking to simply inherit and manage an established sales organization. The CRO will initially be expected to sell personally while building, working closely with the CEO and technical leadership to win strategic enterprise customers, sharpen positioning, establish a repeatable GTM motion and ultimately build the organization required to scale.

We are particularly interested in leaders who have:

  • Built and scaled enterprise B2B software or AI sales organizations.
  • Sold sophisticated technology directly to C-suite enterprise buyers.
  • Demonstrated significant, measurable ARR growth.
  • Helped take a technology company through a major scale-up phase, ideally from millions toward hundreds of millions or greater.
  • Built repeatable enterprise GTM motions rather than simply inheriting mature ones.
  • Experience across AI, data infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, cloud/data platforms or agentic technology.
  • The willingness to remain highly hands-on in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

Experience within businesses analogous to the Databricks/Snowflake enterprise ecosystem is particularly relevant, but startup mentality and demonstrated commercial impact matter more than company pedigree.

This is an opportunity to help define the commercial trajectory of an ambitious AI company at a pivotal point in its growth.

Please reach out directly for a confidential discussion with updated resume attached and upcoming availability included.

  • Deep familiarity with the platforms and creator culture in your market
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and embargoes during a live launch

We buy the practice. The clinician still runs it.

Kindwell Partners is a management services organization (MSO) that partners with and acquires behavioral health group practices across the country. Our founders stay on to lead their practices clinically. We provide the engine behind them: finance, billing, operations, technology, recruiting and growth. Each practice keeps its local name and its culture. Kindwell makes it easier to run, more profitable and able to grow.

We're a small, fast-moving team growing across several states. Everyone here builds systems, owns outcomes and cares about clinicians being able to do their best work.

  • MSA fee and earn-out calculations. Management-fee billing under our services agreements and performance-based earn-out calculations for Founding Directors. They must be accurate, documented and defensible.
  • Deal finance. Quality-of-earnings style review for acquisition targets, valuation models, debt restructuring analysis and the funds flow at closing.
  • Capital and investor reporting. Investor updates, cap table accuracy, lender relationships and covenant tracking.
  • Cash and forecasting. 13-week cash forecast, annual budget and a platform model that updates as practices are added.
  • Team and systems. Pick and oversee our accounting stack and outside CPA, and set the finance structure that a future controller and staff accountant will run.

  • Hands-on experience with an MSO or physician/behavioral health practice management model
  • Multi-entity accounting, M&A and earn-out or contingent-consideration experience
